Installation-instruction

              

1. Completely remove the plastic clips which are located left and right to the lock.
   
   
   
   
2. Turn the enclosed screws (M5 x 12, DIN 7991), from the black painted side into the metal plate. The screw hast to jut out minimum 3mm on the
   bottom of the metal plate.
   
   
   
3. Remove the right screw of the trunk lock with a TORX-screwdriver (size TX30). Now put the metal plate with the screw (M5 x 12) into the existing hole of the plastic-clip and re-tighten the TORX-screw.
   
   Please be careful that the metal plate is in a horizontal position otherwise use the second metal plate!
   
   
   
4. Proceed the same way with the left look. Afterwards remove the both M5 x 12 screws from the two metal plates.
   
   
   
5. Cover the metal plates with the existing felt. Hold the grip over the felt (foil-side visibly) that the holes of the grip fit with the holes of the metal plates. Turn one M5x12-screw by hand through the grip and the felt into the metal plate.
   
   Do not yet tighten this screw!
   
   Now turn the second M5x12-screw by hand through the grip and the felt into the other metal plate.
   
   
   
6. Tighten both screws with a sixedge-screw-driver (size 3mm) and remove the protection-foil.
